Each year, large and small sums of unclaimed money from individuals or businesses go to the state. It always surprises people who search an unclaimed list to find out they have money they can claim from an old bank account, an apartment deposit, a utility refund or some similar fund.

Look under any LLC’s, partnerships, or other business entities you used even if they were active years ago. This just takes a few moments and could snare money you can claim.
