The best training for new employees is to give them an example to follow. Let them watch others provide effective customer service. Peter gave us an example and instructed leaders not to misuse their authority over people. Rather, he instructed leaders "to be examples to the flock." (1 Peter 5:3, NASB)
Let new staff watch you or another experienced staff member serve customers. Provide guidance as they learn. Offer suggestions as needed. Step in when a customer is difficult or a situation is thorny. Later, take time to explain why you stepped in. Use it as a teaching opportunity for future situations.
Your staff will watch you and copy what you do. They will pick up good habits as well as poor habits. If you want orders written a specific way, demonstrate by example exactly how to write those orders up.
Be the example your staff needs. You will have a well-trained staff who will serve your customers well.
