Every day, business leaders make hundreds of thousands of decisions. Some are minor, but others will affect the performance, and possibly even the very survival, of their businesses. Establishing an orderly process for making decisions, and ensuring that every employee understands and adheres to that process, will make a gigantic difference in your ability to beat your competitors in the marketplace.
